The National Sports Collectors Convention (NSCC) is gearing up for an exciting event at the 2024 convention. In honor of their 44th anniversary, the NSCC is organizing a special charity auction to benefit three local Cleveland charities. The auction will feature 44 exclusive items, including valuable sports memorabilia and unique collectibles.
Hosted by Pristine Auction, the charity event will take place from July 20 to July 27, 2024. Bidders can participate in the auction online through a designated link, with select items also available for viewing at the convention venue.
Some of the auction highlights include original paintings by renowned sports artists, signed baseball memorabilia, and rare trading cards. Notable items in the auction lineup include a LeBron James portrait, a Mickey Mantle signed baseball, and a Babe Ruth trading card. Sports enthusiasts and collectors will have the opportunity to bid on these exceptional items while supporting meaningful causes.
The auction proceeds will benefit three Cleveland area charities, including the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, Inc., and The City Mission. These organizations are dedicated to providing essential resources and support to empower individuals in need within the community. By participating in the charity auction, bidders can make a positive impact on the lives of those facing challenges such as hunger and homelessness.
The NSCC expresses gratitude for the generous support of all participants in the charity auction. By coming together to celebrate the love for sports memorabilia, collectors and fans can also contribute to meaningful causes in the Cleveland area. The NSCC looks forward to uniting the sports collecting community at the 2024 National Sports Collectors Convention for a fulfilling and impactful event.
